Bike Size Guide

Correct size = more comfort, better control, and safer riding. Measure Height + Inseam, then use the charts below.

1) Height 2) Inseam Road + MTB

Step 1

Measure your height

📏

Stand straight against a wall and measure your height (cm).

If you are between two sizes, the inseam measurement usually decides.

Step 2

Measure inseam (inside leg)

📚

Barefoot: put a book between your legs (like a saddle) and measure from the top of the book to the floor.

Road Bike

Road bikes usually use frame sizes in centimeters (45 / 52 / 54 ...)

Frame

Frame Size	Rider Height (cm)
XS	155 – 163
S	163 – 168
M	168 – 174
L	174 – 180
XL	180 – 185
XXL	185 – 191

Between two sizes? Smaller = sportier · Bigger = more relaxed

Mountain Bike (MTB)

MTB sizes are usually XS / S / M / L / XL.

XS → XXL

Size	Rider Height (cm)
XS	148 – 158
S	159 – 168
M	169 – 178
L	179 – 185
XL	186 – 193
XXL	194+

Between two sizes? Smaller = easier handling · Bigger = more stable

Quick Fit Check (Important)

This quick check helps confirm the frame is not too tall.

Standover

Stand over the bike (feet flat). You should have a small safe gap above the top tube.

Tip: For best comfort, we can adjust saddle + handlebar for you in-store 👌

Mountain (XS - XXL)

غالباً: XS / S / M / L / XL

XS→XXL
